Must haves from Costco to meet your protein goals
Are you getting enough protein?
Depending on your level of activity and weight, you may need anywhere from 85-100 grams of protein everyday! That can be a challenge at times. These are some staples at our house that make hitting my daily protein goal MUCH easier.
It’s important to have options on hand that are versatile and easy to make or grab and go, and I find that being consistent comes down to being prepared! It makes staying on track a breeze.
Here are a few current favorites:
1. Amylu Foods Sausages (16 G protein per sausage)
2. Plain greek yogurt (18 G in 2/3 cup)
3. Lotus Foods ramen noodles (8 G per cake, plus I use bone broth which adds another 9-18 G)
4. Extra firm tofu (1/2 block is 30 G)
5. Chicken skewers (24 G per serving)
