4 Habits To Start When You're Just "Not Feeling It"
no matter who you are, a lack of motivation can get the best of us every so often 🙍🏼‍♀️
so what can you do when you’re just “not feelin’ it”?
check out these 4 habits that can help give you a boost👇🏻
✨ create a morning routine: make your bed, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and take some time to read or journal. how you start your mornings really sets the tone for the rest of the day - so make it count!
✨ schedule in daily movement: even if you’re taking a day off from working out, try to set aside 30 minutes for some light yoga or a walk around your neighborhood. you’ll feel so much better once you’ve moved your body! If you are in need of simple, effective workouts - these are the ones I do!
✨ drink enough water: and by that i mean, actually keep track! you’ll notice a huge difference in your energy levels when your body is properly hydrated.
✨ turn all screens off an hour before bed: blue light is notorious for making us more awake, which can lead to low-quality sleep and feeling “blah” the next morning. it’s a vicious cycle! cut out phone, tv and computer usage at least an hour before bed so you can wake up feeling well-rested.
